About Me

I am a member of the International Coaching Federation, have a Masters degree in the world-renowned Human Systems Intervention program from Concordia University, as well as the Professional Goal-Centric Certification program from Concordia.

Coaching is based on the concept of constructionism – that we create our reality for good or for bad – and it is by changing the lens by which we see ourselves and the world around us that we grow. I strongly believe that we do not have to limit ourselves the way that most of us do, and that through the coaching process we can learn to change our perspectives, broaden our possibilities, and gain the focus and momentum we need to thrive.

I consider coaching a sacred responsibility and nothing brings me more joy than to be a small part of a client’s unique journey!

As an expert in how people, teams, and organizations change, I can tell you with certainty that insight or understanding what is holding you back is not enough. It’s an important first step, but only that.

In my work, I blend incredible findings from Neuroscience with the practiced wisdom of generations of teachers, coaches, and positive psychologists to help you understand why the success you seek has not come yet, and how you can finally change that!

Self-help books, rah rah coaches, and vision boards fail to produce real results because they are based on a misunderstanding of how our brains and bodies process the world, and how changing our beliefs systems really work.

There are typically four main phases of our work together:

Phase One: Uncovering

We begin the coaching process digging into what you want your goals to be, what has been holding you back, and beginning to see the layers beneath that you haven’t seen clearly yet. This Phase may take between two to five sessions.

Phase Two: Framework

Once the coaching process has reached a point where you see clearly what you really want, and what you wish to change, I will shift into more of a mentorship role and explain the Twelve Pillars of Transformational Change. I will walk you through the science behind changing patterns of belief and action in the body-brain. We will identify an embodied practice(s) to help you begin the process of change. This Phase may only take one or two sessions. It is important to understand during this Phase, that transformational change is like learning a new sport and it is built on practice.

Phase Three: Opening

In Stage Three we return to coaching and begin exploring the understanding that has emerged from the Practices in Stage Two. We will land those insights, expand or refine our practice plan, and develop a plan to achieve your personal or professional goals. Quite often during this Phase, you will find yourself changing or expanding your goals because what once seemed beyond reach you now realize is achievable.

Phase Four: Support and Prototyping

The focus now shifts to ensuring the practical actions (and embodied practices we use to support them) that we identified in Phase Three proceed accordingly. We make adjustments, prototype when faced with challenges or setbacks, and implement the plan step-by-step.

I know that most, if not all, of what I said here is probably not making a ton of sense right now. Here’ s what really matters: when success in life or business is eluding us, we need a new approach. I offer a powerful path forward.

I can’t wait to meet you!
